Vista Musica IV

First of all, would like to say a BIG THANKS to everyone in NVAB, be it people from NV seniors, thomson seniors or HI, or guest players, we are all part of the big family of North Vista Alumni Band! Wana stay a BIG thanks you to all for making this concert a success.

Thanks for tolerating, cooperating & helping me in any way through all the practices & on the day of the concert. Thanks for ppl who helped out at the ticketing reception, ppl who helped moved the instruments up & down, & many many others. I sure we had a wonderful evening enjoying ourselves up on stage with Mr Ng playing those 3 songs, we sure did rock the hall last nite! Special Thanks to Mr Ng too.

Through all these hard work we ‘ve been together, its time to call for a gathering soon! We are in the midst of planning it. Do keep out a look out! We will take a break for now, until further notice.

Band Practice Schedule

Following are the schedules for upcoming band practices:

5th Dec 08 ( Friday)
7:00pm to 10:00pm (pack up at 9:30pm)
AVA Room

6th Dec 08 (Saturday)
11:00am to 12.30pm – Sectionals
12.30pm to 2:00pm – Combine
2:00pm to 4:00pm – Rehearsals with the main band

12th Dec 08 (Friday)
7:00pm to 10:00pm (pack up at 9:30pm)
AVA Room

13th Dec 08 (Saturday)
Time to be confirmed
(Rehearsals with the main band)

NVAB Bring you Christmas Bash!

You have been cordially invited to NVAB’s first ever Christmas Bash this year! There are lots of exciting games and programs lined up for everyone.

Date: 15th Dec 2007 (Sat)
Time: 1:00pm to 7:00pm
Venue: Report at NVSS School Hall
Dresscode: Shorts Attire (Preferrable T-shirt and shorts with shoes) 

Those who are coming, please bring along a christmas present for gift exchange.
You may bring any pressents with a minimum budget of $10. Please take note that no food and gifts vouchers are allowed.

Programs on the day:
1:00pm to 3:00pm – Fun & Games (Which includes a battle of Dodge Ball!)
3:00pm to 4:00pm – Christmas Presents Exchange
4:00pm – Leave School to have dinner outside. (Most probably in Seoul Garden @ Tampines Mall)
5:00pm to 7:00pm – DINNER!

You may also bring along an extra set of clothing to change before we head off for dinner together.
